Rooftop Space(이하 "개발자")는 아재개그 레전드(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 관련 법령에 따라 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보와 이용 목적

결제 카드 정보는 Google Play·App Store가 처리하며 개발자는 받지 않습니다. 로그인하지 않은 게스트 이용 시 게임 기록은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
2. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
- Google AdMob: 광고 제공 (광고 ID, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치, 앱 이용 기록)
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, 클라우드 저장, Hosting): 로그인, 분석, 알림, 데이터 저장
- Google Play 게임즈 서비스 / Apple Game Center: 리더보드·업적
- Google Play 결제 / Apple App Store: 인앱 결제
위 서비스의 정보 처리는 각 회사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 개발자는 이 외의 제3자에게 개인정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 보관 기간과 파기
- 계정 정보·클라우드 저장: 계정 삭제 요청 시 30일 이내 파기
- 구매 내역: 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년 보관 후 파기
- 광고·분석 데이터: Google의 보관 정책에 따름
4. 이용자의 권리
- 언제든 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제 또는 이메일로 계정·데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 방법: 계정 및 데이터 삭제
- 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
- 기기 설정에서 푸시 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 알면서 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 안전성 확보
모든 데이터는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 전송되며, 접근 권한을 최소한으로 관리합니다.

Rooftop Space ("we") values the privacy of users of Ajae Gag Legend (the "App") and handles personal information as described below, in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Information we collect and why

Payment card information is processed by Google Play / the App Store; we never receive it. If you play as a guest without signing in, your game record is stored only on your device.
2. Third-party services and processors
- Google AdMob: ads (advertising ID, device information, approximate location, app usage)
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, cloud save, Hosting): sign-in, analytics, notifications, data storage
- Google Play Games Services / Apple Game Center: leaderboards and achievements
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: in-app purchases
Information processed by these services is governed by each company's privacy policy. We do not sell or provide personal information to any other third party.
3. Retention and deletion
- Account information and cloud save: deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
- Purchase history: retained for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, then deleted
- Advertising and analytics data: handled under Google's retention policies
4. Your rights
- You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via Settings → Delete account in the App or by email. Details: Account and data deletion
- You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
- You can turn off push notifications in your device settings.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is kept to the minimum necessary.
